These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”, “Terms of Use”) govern the access to and use of the website https://www.icovom.com (“Website”) operated by ICOVOM COMMERCE & WELLNESS PRIVATE LIMITED (“Company”, “we”, “our”, “us”).

By accessing, browsing or purchasing from the Website, you (“User”, “Customer”, “You”) agree to be bound by these Terms along with our Privacy Policy and other policies published on the Website. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.

2. ELIGIBILITY

  • You must be 18 years or older and competent to contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872.

  • Use of the Website by minors is strictly prohibited.

3. BUSINESS & PRODUCT SCOPE

Currently, the Company sells Shilajit Resin.

In the future, the Company may add multiple categories including but not limited to:

  • Wellness & Herbal Products

  • Ayurvedic Products

  • Nutrition & Dietary Supplements

  • Beauty & Personal Care

  • FMCG Products

These Terms shall apply to all present and future products.

4. ACCOUNT & USER RESPONSIBILITY

  • Users may place orders as guest users or by creating an account.

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

  • Any activity done through your account shall be deemed to be done by you.

The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts without prior notice if misuse, fraud or violation of Terms is detected.

5. PRODUCT INFORMATION & DISCLAIMER

  • All product descriptions, images and information are for general informational purposes only.

  • Shilajit and other wellness products are not medicines and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.

  • Results may vary from person to person.

You are advised to consult a qualified medical professional before using any wellness or herbal product, especially if you have a medical condition.

6. ORDER ACCEPTANCE

  • Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase.

  • The Company reserves the right to accept or reject any order without assigning any reason.

  • Orders may be cancelled due to pricing errors, stock unavailability or suspected fraud.

In case of cancellation, prepaid amounts will be refunded as per applicable laws.

7. PRICING & PAYMENT

  • All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

  • Currently, only prepaid payment mode is accepted.

  • Payments are processed via third-party payment gateways (e.g., Razorpay).

The Company does not store card or banking details.

8. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

  • Orders are shipped via third-party logistics partners such as Delhivery.

  • Dispatch is usually done same day or next working day after order confirmation.

  • Delivery timelines depend solely on the logistics partner and location.

The Company shall not be liable for delays caused by courier partners, natural calamities or unforeseen circumstances.

9. NO RETURN / NO REFUND POLICY

Due to the consumable and hygiene-sensitive nature of Shilajit Resin:

  • Returns and refunds are NOT allowed.

  • Replacement will be provided only if:

    • Product is received in damaged or leaked condition, AND

    • Clear unedited unboxing video proof is provided within 24 hours of delivery.

Without proper video proof, no claim will be entertained.

10. CANCELLATION

  • Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.

  • Once dispatched, cancellation requests will not be accepted.

11. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

All content on the Website including:

  • Brand name, logo

  • Product names

  • Images, videos, text, designs

are the exclusive intellectual property of ICOVOM COMMERCE & WELLNESS PRIVATE LIMITED.

Any copying, reproduction, resale or misuse without written permission shall attract legal action under applicable Indian laws.

12. PROHIBITED USE

You agree NOT to:

  • Misuse the Website or its content

  • Make false claims, reviews or chargebacks

  • Attempt hacking, data scraping or unauthorized access

  • Resell products without authorization

All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts at Ujjain and Indore, Madhya Pradesh only.

The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time.
