All products are securely packed using appropriate packaging materials to minimize the risk of damage during transit.

  • Currently, we deliver across India to serviceable pin codes only.

  • Delivery availability may vary depending on courier partner coverage and operational conditions.

  • International shipping may be introduced in the future, subject to additional terms.

3. ORDER PROCESSING & DISPATCH

  • Orders are generally processed and dispatched within 24–48 working hours, excluding Sundays and public holidays.

  • Dispatch timelines may vary during high-demand periods, sales, or unforeseen circumstances.

4. ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME

  • Estimated delivery timelines range between 3 to 7 working days from the date of dispatch, depending on the delivery location.

  • These timelines are indicative and may be affected by factors beyond our control, including weather conditions, courier delays, or regional restrictions.

The Company shall not be held liable for delays caused by logistics partners or circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

5. SHIPPING CHARGES

  • Shipping charges, if applicable, are clearly displayed at the time of checkout before payment is made.

  • The Company reserves the right to revise shipping charges, offer free shipping on selected orders, or run promotional shipping offers from time to time.

6. ORDER TRACKING

7. DELIVERY ATTEMPTS

In such cases, re-shipment or refund (if applicable) shall be processed as per our Return & Replacement Policy.

8. PACKAGING & TRANSIT DAMAGE

  • We take utmost care in packaging products to avoid damage during transit.

  • The Company shall be responsible for damages occurring only during transit, provided the customer submits valid proof as outlined in the Return & Replacement Policy, including an unboxing video.

Damage claims raised after delivery without supporting evidence will not be entertained.

9. DELIVERY TIMING

  • Specific delivery time slots cannot be guaranteed.

10. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES

Customers are responsible for ensuring that:
